Shipping & Fulfillment Policy (during COVID-19)
Thank you for visiting and shopping at kō•än. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Fulfillment Policy. Due to the increase in online purchases, we appreciate your patience as we get to each and every one of you in the order received. Please allow us time to get your items packed up with all our love and care as safely as we can. This goes for everything, including shipments and curbside pickup.
Domestic Shipping & Fulfillment Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
kō•än does not currently ship products.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a order fulfilled Confirmation email once your order has been received containing an order number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
kō•än is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 1 day from the date you purchased it.
